One Steak - Two Sauces

 Fathers Day Dinner
 In celebration of Jared's first Fathers' Day, he picked a meal from Jamie's America named (appropriately) One Steak - Two Sauces. Basically it's a medium rare steak with a spicy peanut sauce and salsa verde. It wasn't laborious to make but despite Jared's assertion that the flavours blended perfectly he decided that he still prefers his steak served solo with a smattering of salt & pepper!

 Thus despite being pronounced a hit - it didn't make it to the cookbook hall of fame!
